1. Place eggs in a saucepan. Make sure it's large enough that they're all in one layer. 2. Fill the saucepan with enough cool water to cover the eggs by about an inch 3. Cover and bring water to a rolling boil over high heat 4. Once boiling, set a timer for 9 minutes (note: if you have an induction stove, add a minute or two, because it will boil much quicker) For softer eggs, reduce time. Soft boiled is about 4 minutes, creamy hard-boiled is 7 minutes, etc.
