Prep 1. Preheat oven to 365 2. Line a cookie sheet with baking paper 3. Mash bananas Cook 1. In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, protein powder, coconut, almond meal, sunflower seeds, Splenda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well. 2. Add the egg and mix well. (note: you may want to crack the egg into a bowl and whisk first, if you have trouble getting it to break down) 3. Divide the mixture into 10 portions and roll into balls 4. Place balls on the cookie sheet. Press down slightly to adhere. 5. Bake in the oven until golden brown (about 25 minutes) 6. Serve 2 balls as a snack, refrigerating leftovers.
